Refund policy
Please contact us about certain items. We do offer a 30-day return policies, with the exception of certain items. Most of our vendors offer up to a one year warranty, but others may offer longer. Improper installation, abuse, and/or modifications VOID WARRANTY. We are happy to discuss any and all warranty issues, and will try to accommodate replacement of part or a refund. You must call and get authorization prior to returning and shipping a part back. Enclosing a copy of the invoice will help expedite the processing. Product that has been cut, scratched, painted or installed cannot be returned. We will contact you when we receive the return to address any issues that arise before settling the return with a replacement part, or refund. Some refunds maybe subject to a 15% handling fee.
